of the RCC Meeting
March 12, 2009
Present: Kelley Sweeny, Stephen Solomon, Dana Littlefield, Susan Yakutis,
Carol Tubman, Gene Doe, Adam Thompson, Jack Parsons, Dave Senecal,

A discussion concerning a public health network resulted in a motion made by
Carol Tubman and seconded by Chief Solomon that stated “ To
incorporate in the State of New Hampshire and seek 501c (3) status as Carroll
County Public Health Network (CCPHN).” The vote was ten in favor with
one abstention. To incorporate five officers are required.
Susan Yakutis offered an overview of the database that she will design. All
volunteers will be entered as well as various agencies and organizations
pertinent to a wide scale emergency. All licensed volunteers should
register with New Hampshire Emergency System for Advance Registration of
Volunteers of Healthcare Professionals (ESARVHP). In addition, a web
site will be established in concert with the database.
Recent training activities were discussed, upcoming events include: Shelter
Workshop, April 18, 2009 9am-12noon at Effingham Municipal Office Building;
Re-certification for CPR will be scheduled in May; a two day CERT training
will be scheduled in the Wolfeboro area in the spring.
The plans from Northern and Southern CC were discussed and will be merged as
one.
Next meeting is scheduled for Thursday April 16, 2009 10am-12noon at the
Effingham Municipal Office Building 68 School Street, Effignham. Directions
are: from Rte 16 turn onto Rte 25 East at flashing light (approximately
5 miles) turn left onto Rte 153 North, turn right onto School Street,
Municipal Building is a half mile on left.
We will have pizza delivered for lunch just about noon.
